This was sent to me by a buddy of mine, It's a very interesting read!

Everyone seems to be looking for some smoking gun evidence that the government knows more about Aliens and UFOs than they will admit...

This may be it!

It's a bit of a hard read, but it's short, only 11 pages.

It's been apparently released under the FOIA in 2004, so I have no idea how long it's been since the 31 messages discussed in the document were received.

Link to the PDF

Hopefully, someone can understand this better than I do right now...

Regards!

Are you certain?

It would be depressing at the least! Thought I might actually have something interesting.

The base 6 numbers (6 fingers, 3 per hand?) and algebra threw me I guess.

lol.. And I did a search first here on the site....

Is there some special code you have to use to get decent results with the site's search engine?

Oh well, that thread seems to have died a peaceful death almost a year ago.

Unclassified NSA documents reveal attempts to decipher alien messages from space

Hopefully, someone can understand this better than I do right now...

It's a technical exercise for cryptologists.
