Might be the site...app is still working...if you're android search for Scanner Radio it will be the one by Gordon Networks.

I know you weren't asking me lol, but I use the "Scanner Radio" app in the Google Play store. It's free. Mine also usually* alerts me to anything over 5k listeners.

*This is the first time I have not been alerted. Kind of odd.
