I never thought about it, but he is a great spokesman for using non lethal force. He should get into this fight more.

Where did you get that info?

So he captured 10 of America's most wanted criminals in a month. He averaged one every 3 days when nobody else could find them and they are spread over the whole country. Lots of travel time involved there.

Sounds like a bit of exaggeration to me.

If there is proof of this claim I would be curious to where you got it.

Only a few states ban bounty hunting.
But many of them still allow skiptracers to track the person down and call the cops to make the arrest.
Most cops will arrest a skip just to get the criminal out of there city, town, or state

Many bounty hunters are not as nice as Dog and will take them in with there drugs on them just so the criminal get extra charges.
