Ahh...I knew from your description that it would be "Dread Zeppelin".

Oddly enough, while the description of Dread Zeppelin sounds like they are simply a novelty band (an Elvis impersonator singing Zeppelin tunes with a Reggae beat), they are actually pretty good. Their music (no matter how "novelty-like" it may seem) stands on its own -- as if in some strange way these songs were meant to be sung by a Reggae Elvis.
