Thanks jude, thanks a bunch. I have been dealing with depression since I was 13 (now 34).
I just want real friends and I can't find any, I cant relate to anyone anymore, I forgot how to socialize, I dont really know who I am. I want help but doctors just wanna put me on meds, I dont want them they make me feel worse.
Peace.

speak for yourself... if it wasn't for the heavy dosages of disassociatives while going through a tough divorce I would not be here right now. Yes, most drugs are bad for you because of dependancy and tolerance issues... however if the primary reason (shutting up the voice in your head) is addressed then it has done it's job and knowing when to stop is how to keep from greeting other demons in your life. So please, quit the fearmongering when it is something as serious as depression. Save that stuff for the filler/bs threads. Thank you.

I was talking about Alcohol and things like m/jane / weed etc are bad for depression not what a doctor would prescribe to someone .
And talking from having been down the same road as most of those people ,But i would recommend something like saint john's wort before going to your local drug dealer AKA the doctor
have a nice day

Again, MSG as a cause of depression has been studied. Even the military has considered that the increases in suicide and depression could be MSG related, as they put it in just about everything the troops eat. MSG is the weapon of choice by the PTB, it sickens and kills and depresses. Get off it, you'll be glad you did.
