I think the moto of this site is to deny ignorance. The part of the word to notice is ignore, which is what most people do. Truth can only be heard
if ears are open.
In Hebrew, an ear is grain. We say an ear of corn, but what we are referring to is the ear of grain that falls on soil. If you add the Hebrew
(proto-canannite) letter Hey to ear, you get Hear.
Hey means to behold. This is the point you make. If people don't listen, it's likely because their arms are not open to truth, or what you are
saying is not true. It can be either case. Sometimes, people listen only to confirmation of ignorance.
Ultimately, the heart is to blame. If you add the letter Tav to Hear, what do you get?
You get HearT, or the soil that is prepared to receive ears of grain (Truth). Grain must open. In other words, ears must open for the heart to
receive. When corn falls on the ground, it takes light and water to make it grow, but the condition of the soil is important. What is the Soil for
the corn?
Move the Hey to the end of Heart.
Earth.
This is how the tree of knowledge works. Only those willing to listen can plant new seed in good soil. It's a process. If the process fails, it's
just words, words, words and nothing more. Remove the stones from the heart and things begin to grow. Fruit follows. Sermons will not accomplish
this.
