Well, if you're going to ask that you might as well ask where ALL of their TA-50 is. Being in the Army myself I think that the answer to that is that they're keeping it all packed away in their vehicles, because it's too much hassle to pack and unpack every time they move. I haven't been deployed myself, but even when we go to the field to practice I don't unpack my sleeping bag unless it's too cold to sleep without it, which it doesn't look like that's a problem there.
