Fact is ISIS came in late to the Syrian resistance. Other groups of what may be called patriots were fighting for some time before the nut jobs showed up. At any rate better arms those Kurds. I been saying that for years. Cough cough never saw that coming

I thought that particular honour was held by the Holy Roman Empire aka The Vatican!

I mean until ISIS bring us such atrocities as the complete and utter annihilation of the Cathars, the Spanish Inquisition or the numerous Crusades throughout recorded history not to mention all the witch hunts and poor midwives that were burned at the stake there pretty much still in the shallow end of our atrocity pool.
