Videos in the past have been used in conjunction with signals for terror attacks,
and this is boldly a proclamation of such.

Social media has evolved, with it so do terrorists. How do we differentiate these threats from false?
Can we dually chech authenticity and bina fides, while conducting a disinformation analysis with out bias?

Being it's a cellphone " Flag " I think it's a prank. They need to trace where this twitter account is located.
If I see a black flag blowing on top of the Whitehouse . It would freak me out! Think I'd rather see a UFO as opposed to an ISIS flag

I agree and fully support preemptively striking current and present dangers, especially those which are domestic threats.

Unfortunately the current administration is sympathetic to the extremists and their inaction is a form of enablement. By not doing anything against it, they support it.

The quality is bad, but then again the WH is lit up. I'm looking for a matching WH image to see if the "flag" has been added to the image.

Either a sick joke, imposed pre-FF, or a real threat the fact that they are stupid enough to share it on NSA-Twitter, speaks volumes.

I've been exceptionally critical of this admin and the previous one.
Certainly my decade of activities on ATS prove no suits are going to rendition me for exercising the freedom of speech.

Having spent a considerable amount of time overseas, I think many underestimate Americans.

Sure, the caricature of Murica is a bunch of bland, fat, entitled, morons. But any potential terrorist group had better be wary of the average American.

This is completely aside the way the American government treats its own people, though.
