Is George W. Bush a shapeshifter?

A few days ago, George W. Bush was arrested in Canada due to war crimes on November 29th, according to www.world-cnn.com... On all other sites, like www.whitehouse.gov, it contains a photo showing a different Bush than the one which was located on the CNN website where he had a bruise on his head which resembled a maple-leaf. Either
1. There is a clone of Bush which was created
2. This ultimately proves the Reptillian theory by David Icke true.
What are your thoughts?

Eh, but how do you explain the fact that his bruise has dissapeared completely from before without any evidence, in just two days?
