Military Intelligence, now thats fookin hilarious!
I guess you've never been in the Armed Forces, I would go to the Supply Sgt. for any real information. After all he is going to know whats going on.
Even if it only includes equipment used and on hold. As far as the S2 and MI goes, it's who shares the most who is going to get the most out of it,
that way they can collaberate known resources.
Point is kinda moot, since all DoD intelligence activities are coordinated and controlled by the DIA. However,....
the Navy has undoubtedly the best intel infrastructure out of the 3 services. Just think about all those subs out there, snooping around various
coastlines...
You cant say who has the better programs because they all are after differant things and have differant specialities. There is a little overlap, but
not a lot.
I don't know that much about various inteligence agencies to compare them, but CIA has been doing a good job, I think ( what actually their job is,
now thats a topic for another discussion )
Outside US, I'd say Mossad and british inteligence are quite good.
To those laughing about military inteligence:
One of the golden rules of war is never EVER underestimate your enemy.
