Romania Breaking News-Innocent people sent to jail ,TV news channel almost shutted down

Big tensions in Romania just before the presidential elections which will be 4 months later.

Today it has been commited the biggest atrocity in the romanian post-communism justice .Our corrupted president controls in an unseen way the justice and he uses this as tool to revenge his personal problems with other people.
His main objective was to send the founder of Antena 3,Dan Voiculescu,in jail because his TV news channel debated the presidential activity in every detail,revealing how bad and dirty this president is and his installed pack of wolves in the government,sucking the economy,ruining and impoverishing the romanians in 10 years.

Before this,rival politicians has been sent in jail because our president thinks that they betrayed him or that he did not want them in the next presidential elections or many other immature reasons.

Here it is how it all happened:

3 fellow romanians who pretended that Dan Voiculescu had telepathecaly influenced them in his advantage in another fake file and accusation of privatising ICA-The Institute of Food Control.There were also involved old innocent people 80 age or older who didn't have any problems with the laws in their lifetime but they somehow had connection with Dan Voiculescu but not in dirty bussiness.

The building of The TV news channel has been confiscated because after over 10 years of its built they accuse that it has been built on an
illegal bought field.

This mafia will dissapear very slow...even after our president is gone

Im sorry that freedom has brought such a travesty upon the people....
It seems that this is a common problem over there.....the criminal element takes power behind the communist withdrawl....

Sorry, you are not correct. The seeds of Freedom were never planted. IMF & EU loans, Corruption, and false democracy (not a real Republic based on true Bill of Rights, Constitution, and/or Magna Carta) were what was created to assure that Eastern/Southern Satellite countries became part of a greater French/German/Anglo American Influence... Basically trading a descending quality of life and aging population for iphones, Big Macs, and 'Freedom of Speech'...

and now it is clear that all of the communication devices are bugged by all of the above so that weak corrupt politicians suppress the people with unwanted GMOs, constant surveillance, no jobs, and debt in servitude to a corrupt private central bank.

People who lived during the communism period are hardly getting this new capitalism ideology and those external influences are just making Romania more vulnerable and influenceable.
For example:the fields which should be sold for 20.000-30.000 $ per hectare are sold for less then 2000$ dollars per hectare.A french bussiness man told to a TV-news channel that a romanian old woman sold her hectare for a TV....

The TV station was not and will not be closed. The building in which it functioned never belonged to that TV station, but to the company bought by the owner of the TV station from the state, by underevaluating it about 60 times compared to its actual market value. The court of law that convicted the former Secret Police worker turned media mogul put a seizure on the building , along with several others belonging to that man, as well as various amounts of money in order to recover some financial injuries the state suffered.

And the field in which it was builded was authorised by the President when he was a mayor.

A brief history of Dan Voiculescu the owner of said TV station and his actions:

1) During the Commie era the man was at first an informant for the Romanian Secret Police, Securitate, a well known repressive state organization and later became an actual employee of the Securitate and lead the Exterior Commerce Company, ICE Dunarea.

At the time the Communist regime fell in Romania, December of 1989, in the accounts of several off-shore companies owned by ICE Dunarea there were various sums of money, documents point to somewhere in the region of 300 mil $, that instantly vanished never to be found.

2) Several years after the fall of the Communism, Dan Voiculescu started his company, GRIVCO, that was involved in different takeovers of state assets, all done in such a manner that the state was at a loss in all those transactions and in various businesses with state-owned companies in anything from energy to agriculture.

Among those takeovers was the Institute of Alimentation Research in 2003, located in of Bucharest's prime areas, in Baneasa in the Northern side of Bucharest. The company was on a plot of land of about 3-4 hectares and also included several buildings.

A year before the takoever, in 2002, in govermnent documents, discovered by various journalists, an adjacent plot of land with a slightly larger surface but no buildings on it was evaluated for sale at around 13 MILLION $. In 2003 at the time of the takeover, Dan Voiculescu, with the help of several people in government agencies and the Institute's leading board, managed to buy the Institute at the price of 150 THOUSAND $.

3) The TV station mentioned in the OP, belonging to Voiculescu's media empire (he is a well known media mogul), mainly used to bludgeon anyone he felt necessary, using mostly RT type tactics, with fabricated news and investigations and half-truths, for the past several years has been operating from a building belonging to the Institute previously taken over by Voiculescu, for which it payed rent.

Yesterday, the last day of a trial that span out for 6 years, in which Dan Voiculescu had been sentenced to 10 years in prison for money laundering in the takeover of the Institute of Alimentation Research and after, one of the decisions of the court was to put a seziure on various assets, buildings and sums of money, related to the Institute, among them the building in which said TV station, Antena3, was operating. The decision was presented on the TV station as a political decision and a means of repression aimed towards them, since "they are the only honourable and correct TV station in Romania", as they so often like to say.

LE: All the people trialed and convicted yesterday have taken part in the takeover of the Institute and their actions have been judged in a court of law.

Doctor Mencinicopschi was at the time both in the administration board of the Institute and participated alongside Voiculescu in buying the Institute.

Well, that statement was taken into account by the judges during the trial, if the statement was officialy made in the court of law. Any other statement made anywhere else, outside of the court of law, will have no value in judging the events.

A quick question: if the people are so against Basescu and like and support A3, why haven't they already gone out in the streets to protest against the "injust politically-based solution" given by the court of law and have to wait until Sunday to do so ?!

OMG!! 7.4 million said YES to the demision of this president and you say just a couple.About the referendum in 2012,how in the world in a 19 million people country there are 18 million which can vote?It was prooved that they included dead people in the list in order to not reach the valid limit.
