Deputy Head of presidential administration Valeriy Chalyi said that a few hours ago was stopped by a provocation by RUSSIA. He said this in the program passes the Censor Shuster LIVE. NO. Chalyi said, "Was a provocation. In the direction of the border moved a large convoy was under the auspices of the Red Cross, which was accompanied by a convoy of Russian "peacekeeping forces" that were designed to deliver humanitarian aid to the territory of Ukraine ". Chalyi said Petro Poroshenko, the President urgently summoned the operational headquarters for responding to the situation and held talks with the leaders of the Red Cross, which leveled all the statements of the Russian Federation, and United States Secretary of State, with Kerry. Also had a conversation with RUSSIAN Foreign Minister Lavrov. Now stop the provocation. Vondra stressed that "Ukraine is not opposed to humanitarian aid, which comes from the UN. But only within the limits of the Ukrainian legislation. No "peacekeeping" escorting humanitarian supplies from the RUSSIAN FEDERATION will not ". It is an attempt to provoke the Ukraine. But this was not to be. Now the situation is controlled, "said chaly.

This occurred at some point this evening. Other reports suggest that the Russian's were dressed in Red Cross uniforms but included within the convoy were military vehicles ranging from APC's to tanks. President Poroshenko has spoken to the Red Cross tonight who flat out denied any involvement in this incident.

Any peacekeepers should come from the UN and Russia should not be allowed as it is because of them peacekeepers are needed in the first place.

Red cross doesn't travel with military equipment as they have no need since everyone recognizes them and know what they do.

The Red Cross are more than likely very complicit in this.

According to historian Antony Sutton, author of 'Wall Street and the Bolshevic Revolution', the Red Cross was used as a cover to overthrow The Czar during the Russian revolution of 1917.

Poor Mr. Billings believed he was in charge of a scientific mission for the relief of Russia .... He was in reality nothing but a mask — the Red Cross complexion of the mission was nothing but a mask. The Wall Street project in Russia in 1917 used the Red Cross Mission as its operational vehicle. Unknown to its administrators, the Red Cross has been used from time to time as a vehicle or cover for revolutionary activities. The use of Red Cross markings for unauthorized purposes is not uncommon. When Tsar Nicholas was moved from Petrograd to Tobolsk allegedly for his safety (although this direction was towards danger rather than safety), the train carried Japanese Red Cross placards. The State Department files contain examples of revolutionary activity under cover of Red Cross activities.

THE AMERICAN RED CROSS MISSION IN RUSSIA

The American Red Cross or the International Red Cross, like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or the World Bank, is an Illuminati-controlled front organization whose true purpose is completely opposite from their stated purpose.

The Red Cross is a disaster racket which is in the business of making money from disasters-especially from engineered disasters.

The history is clear, the Red Cross and other large so-called charities are in actual fact front group collection agencies for the military industrial complex. Many informed historians have even alleged that the Red Cross was used as a Skull and Bones cover to overthrow The Russian Czar and pave the way for the rise of the Bolsheviks.

www.illuminati-news.com...

The Red Cross (and other so-called large charities) are secret intelligence and money collection agencies of the British Intelligence Services since their inception. The Red Cross is very adept at stealing money and looting mail. They were caught innumerable times, but always allowed to get away.

After the San Francisco earthquake in 1989, the Red Cross passed on only $10 million of the $50 million that had been raised, and banked the rest. Similar donations after the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 and the Red River flooding in 1997 were greedily withheld. Tsunami was a great money-making opportunity for the Red Cross. It called for donations in cash only.

Under the Liberty Fund, Red Cross collected $564 million in donations after 9/11. Months after the event, the Red Cross had distributed only $154 million. Then Red Cross President Dr. Bernadine Healy arrogantly stated, "The Liberty Fund is a war fund..." The rest of the money would be used in "war on terror". This meant the money was going towards bombing third world countries like Afghanistan and setting up surveillance cameras and expanding the police state in US cities, and not in helping the victims of disasters.

Red Cross is a hidden hand of Illuminati plan

Now, if you add human sacrifices to the cross, you get a bloody red cross and this is really where America got their Red Cross, which is a UN Lucifer Organization. The Red Cross of today, goes to battle fields because these people view war as a form of human sacrifice, which is why we are always at war now a days.

The Red Cross wasn’t formed by some woman, during the Civil War or even in 1863 as people may think but instead the Red Cross was founded by the Illuminati in Va State, as a form of ritual slaughter in effort to have Lucifer bless the land and of course Lucifer’s blessing are really a bloody curse.

Oh look - another anti-Russia thread with absolutely no substance, no evidence, really nothing but hearsay....Yawn.

The Ukraine needed peacekeepers 4 months ago when the Maidan protests took a US funded violent turn for the worst and Kiev began murdering its' own people. Now here we are 4 months later - and a different government in Kiev is still murdering its' own people.

Its' not Russia's fault that the UN decides to provide no help whatsoever - meanwhile other powers are only adding fire to the flames by supplying the very people who are murdering their own.

Maybe if gee I don't know - the UN would provide some god damned blind (not one #ing sided) assistance to those civilians being shelled by their own government, then Russia would not have to do anything.

I'd love too see evidence of this Russian 'ground invasion.'

Lol - you members (and you know who you are) have been damn near pleading and begging on your hands and knees for Russia to actually launch a ground invasion since April. Still hasn't happened....I repeat, Yawn...

Here is something within the same vein but not accusing Russia of donning Red Cross uniforms.

The UK Foreign Secretary, Philip Hammond, said: "I strongly urge Russia to avoid any provocative actions".

His office cited reports that Russian military vehicles had entered Ukraine.

Heavy fighting continued on Friday in eastern Ukraine, near the Russian border, between Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russia militants.

Mr Hammond said: "I am deeply concerned by reports of an increased flow of heavy weapons crossing into Ukrainian sovereign territory from Russia and by reports of Russian armed forces exercising for a 'humanitarian intervention' in a third country.

"The conditions for such an intervention in eastern Ukraine manifestly do not exist. In these circumstances, such an intervention would be unjustified and illegal."

www.bbc.com...

My opinion is this is believable and certainly within the realm of Russian behavior. After all this is a proxy war right? Technically speaking, if Russia doesn't get more involved than all of Ukraine would go by way of the World Bank and not BRICS.....

And with such a indirect accusation and warning in the MSM and a more detailed storyline from an international site (presuming Ukraine), gives the story some level of merit. The geopolitical chess match is heating up.

What an unbelievable load crack bs.

Putin SHOULD invade Ukraine ... if not for any other reason, but to totally make the US and Europe bankrupt.

If you wanna go nuclear, and cease to exist ... go ahead, make my day. This is what Putin SHOULD say.

He isn't, and the only reactions you are seeing is the reactions of Russians who are frustrated with what is happening to the Russian population of Ukraine. And rightly so.

Because you aren't frustrated are you ... million Russian refugees, and systematic removal and murder of Russian population in the area doesn't concern you much, does it. After all, it's the "commies" right. What did you call it, when the Serbs did it in Yougoslavia ... crimes against humanity, right?

But if the victims are Russian ... hey, who cares right. They're "mongolian" savages ... isn't that what Patton called them?

I will not try to defend the Russians in a moral sense but anyone can understand their stance on the world stage in this instance. Of course they will not allow the Ukraine to adopt the wanted position with the EU that it seeks. It's a no brainer for God's sake.

Would the US allow the same kind of alliance when it comes to Canada or Mexico? Of course not and that is what we are talking about. We are in for a proxy war, the likes we have not seen since Iran/Iraq or Vietnam. You people who don't know history are hilarious, you act as if this situation has never happened before.

Read a book.

Does NAFTA ring a bell?

That is what the EU are wanting to provide...better trade with Ukraine which in turn means more trade partners and more money coming in.

Russia just wants to be the bully because they can't stand to see one of their former regions become prosperous without them, and even though they were given assurances the EU would not jeapordize the Ukraine/ Russian partnership in any way...Putin still cried and now we have what we have in Ukraine.

You're delusional. It has nothing to do with Russia's "image". It has everything to do with proximity to their physical space. Much like the Cuban missile crisis, the Russians are not comfortable with the EU setting up shop in Ukraine.

If you can't understand this position by the Russians I have to question your comprehension of "American expansion" over the last couple decades. I say this because to anyone who isn't a liberal American drinking the kool aid, it sure as hell seems like America is encroaching on the entire globe.

Rule number one.......... Annalize your own countries actions before you judge others.

Really, the EU isn't putting something such as nuclear weapons in Ukraine, they are looking for trade and Russia doesn't like the thought that Ukraine could prosper without them.

So now this is just America trying to expand to get close to Russia? And everything that happens in this world is caused by America...sure it is.

This has nothing to do with someone being a liberal, but your comment shows where you stand and where your bias is concerning this topic...and just so you know I am not a liberal that drinks the kool aid, as I can make my own mind up on what I see happen in the world sorry that you can't.

Rule number one.......... Annalize your own countries actions before you judge others.

Rule number two....Don't assume you know everything as that only leads to one thing.

And I never said I agree with what my country does...Again don't assume you know everything about all Americans.

Except this proxy is not in Asia, it's in Europe. And this proxy is being taken to the Russians, by the US and it's puppies in the EU. And the fight is here, in the EU ... right on our doorstep. It *will* escalate into an economic conflict that will be devestating to us in Europe. We're going to pay the price, and the US is hoping on reeking the leaves ... hoping to make money on war.

I think you are "slighty out of context" , The west isnt out to make money from this conflict, how could it as it is already costing the EU billions in aid to help Ukraine that has had over 60 billion stolen by Russia by corruption and an estimated 400 billion in gas reserves stolen by the illegal annexation of Crimea so dont post anything unless you can keep to the truth please.

Putins ambitions in east Ukraine are multiple, in that he both wants to create a land bridge across Ukraine to Crimea as it costs a vast fortune to send everything by sea, he desires to reach Moldova by land also to then create a hybrid war possibly their, and also he wats to destabilise Ukraine by occupying its industrial sector.

If you want to see a modern day Hitler at work then look no further then Putin and many of you may not no this as it hasnt been on mainstream news but Lavrov a few weeks ago threatened Ukraine with a nuclear strike if it attempted to fight for Crimea which belongs to Ukraine, how much evidence do you want that a fascist is creating a "New Russia"

This is obviously the very first post you have seen of mine, otherwise you wouldn't make such an ignorant assumption of me.

But just so I'm clear, you are saying anything that Putin is doing in regards to Ukraine is exclusively benevolent.
nothing to do with regional influence at all. I'm also sure any services Russia provides are free of charge also.

Let me guess, he also flies up to heavens every other Thursday to drink the nectar of the gods and eat the sacred ambrosia.

LOL You Russian shills are becoming a joke with the people I know. Just stayed tuned to RT for all your news and live in your fantasy world.

Putin is to blame for many problems just as our President causes some problems. The difference is the bald head shirtless guy who tries to project the image of a conquering hero and savior of the Russian economy has to hide what he does from his own people and use propaganda to make people think he has done a great job of leading his country. Our President has to be honest with the people because we have a free press. The President can't tell the new people what to print. Look at how many people had good jobs with RT that just got fed up with telling lies and quit. That must have been hard to do when you have a good job and a good paycheck. I feel these people who had to quit because they just couldn't lie any more for the Russian Government should have been hired by the free press. Hopefully they still will.

Look at other news organizations throughout the world and you will see a different picture on how the Russian economy is doing and who is to blame.

I used to like some Russians before Putin started this crap with the Ukraine. That was hard for me after serving 10 years in the military and seeing them as the enemy. I went to the University with some and they were alright. Now, I just want them all to go home and stay there. So tell your hero Putin Thanks a lot for ruining my trust of Russian people.
