Well you lumped all illegals. Those that overstay don't fall into that category and even those that are caught in the act can be turned around with nothing being filed.

ALL ILLEGALS need to be deported.

The act of staying past the Visa time is a criminal offense.

The act of crossing the border is a higher criminal defense.

Both are criminal in nature. Both are breaking the law. Both instances have people with no morals and no respect for US law. And people backing them are even more disgusting.

The willful act of violating the law shows no morals.

I still remember all of the "backlash" from the right when Obama signed the Deferred action, they were saying Democrats would never win an election again.

Obama proceeded to kick Romney's ass in the election with the help of 70% of all minorities voting for him.
