Yeah, big men calling US cowards, when all they do is behead men with no weapons and cuff their hands behind their backs so they can't fight them back. They behead little children, who don't even have weapons and they even dress up as civilians while fighting our men, hide behind children and women while they are being shot at....that's true cowardice. ISIS doesn't inspire fear in me, they inspire rage, I dare them to come in my back yard of America to try to put a flag in the White House.

We must establish the basis of American aerial strikes on Islamic Caliphate.

Is USA at war with the Islamic Caliphate? If yes, its ruler should say so, and lay out reasons why USA is at war with Islamic Caliphate.

War is only good when it is for protecting people who want to live peacefully. Diplomacy should be tried first in achieving the objectives, and war should be resorted to only if diplomacy fails.

If war is started, then the war must be completed to its logical conclusion - that is elimination of the reason that caused the war.

I believe that American actions and intentions are far from noble in launching these aerial attacks. Its purpose is not clear and its commitment is half-hearted. These attacks will fail to achieve the objectives - and will only worsen the situation by increasing the ranks of the enemy.

I'm not sure if it was posted already but it's a great five part video about IS. Only two parts were released so far, but the rest is coming in the next days. And it's not only the US they despise and want destroyed, it's Europe and Russia too. They hate everyone who's not a Muslim and who opposes them. This is a group of people that should unite all of the nations and should be destroyed. If there will be any terrorist attacks, I think EU will be the first target.

Depends on how you view it. America didn't invade anyone. America is in the same place it was 100s of years ago. US politics are the ones to blame, not the people. And people mostly hate American foreign policy, not the people. People are great. The same applies to Russia and EU too.

You have to understand that politics and regular citizens live in two different worlds. Even those politics who hate each other in congress can go to the near bar after work and talk about almost everything like they're best friends.

Why do they always threaten the US?

Why not the UK, or France, or any of the other "evil Imperialists"?

yes yes, but unfortunately all those innocent lives that the American government have taken over the years, and there are still plenty of Americans who back the American government and Israel even on ATS of all places, not forgetting that the government was supposedly voted in by whom? the American people, so although not all Americans can take 100% of the blame, I dare say most of the innocent lives that America has taken were even more innocent than the average American.

we all cant blame someone else, not everyone is innocent, and if any civilans deserve a war at their doorstep im pretty sure karma(or the like) would say it's Ameirca's turn, maybe Americas turn for the next hundred years in fact.

Excellent - then we can put this monster to bed. The only reason the UK is trying to stay out of it is because of hand-wringers still bleating on about Iraq.

The last thing these ISIS monsters really want is a wound up British populace baying for blood - and I expect the same from the US - this little problem in Iraq could be solved in short order with a UK Battlegroup or three, we'll see how they fight against real men, not Iraqi Army cowards or women.
