Once again its my annual trip to civilization time .. few hours wait till flight to china later so popped into a little club that plays the blues ..
nice place to relax and have a few ..
Bit of a change from the punk rock that usually listen to .. but in bit of mood for the blues remembering old friends and days gone by ..
Anyone else out there like the blues ? feel free to share your favorites in this thread .. figure a break from the idiocy and insanity of the world ..
I have the blues now..... Seeing how VN won the war watching the improvements of their day to day life whilst our Veterans live homeless...... from
hand to hand.....
That's the first time I've heard Vietnamese blues. I liked it.
I am a lover of some good blues music.
This piece by the late great Danny Gatton is, in my opinion, the most amazing example of blues guitar ever recorded.
This was the last thing he recorded. Shot himself shortly afterward.
Love the blues. Been on more of funk kick lately though, Parliament/Funkadelic just makes ya feel so good.
Here's a few of my late 60's/early 70's blues favs.

Ok, my husband read your thread and pulled out and dusted off his OLD box of 45's Records, not the 1911's we have.
Any way, he took each title and found many on line and he's going to attach some here for you.
I hope you and the younger in the crowd enjoy, my husband did two tours there and we understand you did four.
But still, we want to Thank All Who've Served.
Oh good God he has more but that is all for tonight.
Safe Trip,,,,
