that Benghazi wasn't just a protest gone wrong

Interesting footnote on that, that received very little coverage:
No administration wrongdoing in Benghazi attack

The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, has concluded that there was no deliberate wrongdoing by the Obama administration in the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, said Rep. Mike Thompson of St. Helena, the second-ranking Democrat on the committee.

There is only one political party in the United States, the one that is controlled by the corporatocracy. Do you really think the Republicans are going to expose why the US ambassador was in Benghazi, a city hundreds of miles from the capital where the embassy is? How did ISIS get so big?

I think your only looking at half the picture truthfully. Russia or more specifically Putin is going so far as to pay bloggers to disseminate stories and attack western media. Sadly with the amount of distrust most have for western governments this tactic truly resonates with alot of people. They dont check facts because they choose to believe it because it fits their narrative depending on if they choose evil bankers new world order or even corporations. Bottom line is i think that western governments instead of ignoring the propaganda like in days past now need to directly confront it with facts. if they dont i see massive trouble in the long term as Putin slowly rewrites history.

Deliberately bringing this thread back as it’s obvious to members on this site that your last comment in this thread is so true

The Russian bloggers now have a name it’s the St Petersburg troll factory, and for the last few years they have been spreading ludicrous political conspiracy theories online through blogs and social media bots

Their aim was to plant the seed of distrust in the West with their media, and clearly their plan has worked for their target audience

ATS once a hardcore anti Russian site is now using RT and other Russian sites as sources

The big conspiracy theories on here I won’t name are the ones Russian social media users are spamming out about the corrupt west

Why the change in attitude here from being so anti Russian and then pro Russian?

Russia is using its online army to great effect and this site should deny ignorance and attempt a way to counter the propaganda
