I believe God is existential and alive, yet I'm still an atheist. How is that possible?

Can you imagine a God not existing ?

Most people cannot, but by the time I get THROUGH THEM, they can start considering this possibility,

That EVERY form of teaching ever taught on this earth, has been about achieving us to a certain potential, and then stop it, and so forth forever, so that we never actually look for what COULD BE THE ACTUAL REALITY.

Like how everyone thinks we need to believe in GOD or not, why would these be rational choices??

Put it this way, try to hear this, After so long of experimenting with Creation, The OBSERVER, realized that true Choice, Freedom of Will is not possible while being observed, and so the REAL SACRIFICE, for TRUE NEWNESS, is that it dissolved itself entirely inside its own Creation, to never observe or effect again!!

Take a look at the World with a better View from AFAR, the one that realizes NO IMPARTIAL GOD, is there anymore, and NOONE is an overseer, and has no goal to achieve, OTHER than the myriad of beings that sprouted out, and BEGAN CREATION of the Physical Non Physical, WHATEVER you want to call it !!!

Truth is often perceived through a veil.
Your words are enigmatic and confounding.
Truth is meaningless if it is not understood.

Do you believe that God created the Earth? A couple of your beliefs are a little similar to Gnosticism. The Gnostics believed that the creator of the Earth was not the one true God (which they called the Monad), but that of a false-God called the Demiurge. The mother of the Demiurge, Sophia, was among a group of Gods that existed under the control of the Monad. The Demiurge doesn't take a physical form, but is the source that converts abstract metaphysical forms (thoughts, concepts) into physical form.

I've often wondered if religious belief (poly or monotheistic) can actually spawn some sort of entity, born in the collective consciousness of the human psyche and given life by the same bio-electric energy from whence it came. In layman's terms; enough people focus their mental energy into a single point, which with enough energy may gain a subtle consciousness of its own, requiring only to feed off the same type of energy from which it is born. With enough time, dedication and followers the entity may develop a personality, which would mirror all the same aspects of human personality in a purely energetic state. This would explain why many records describe deities having very human like personality traits, and penchants towards certain emotions, like jealousy, curiosity, benevolence and malevolence. Also this would attribute for the seemingly silly but always consistent act of omnipotent beings always demanding to be named, they have sooo many damn names. It is such a human thing to do.

Have we ever proven that sentience arises from non-sentience - i.e. you came from your parents, and so they came from theirs etc etc and as a generalisation we all came from the term that we define as being "God".

In this way, you can know what "God" is without having to "believe" in him.
