Red States Have Higher Crime Rates Than Blue States

This was a study in 2008. I doubt anything has actually changed.

How many high crime areas historically vote Democrat ?

I bet you get the surprise of your life.

So "they" are much happier being systematically kept in poverty/high crime ?

Very strange.

Must be a variance on the Stockholm Syndrome.

Do you have any historical voting/crime rate/poverty stats for the Federal Congressional Districts.

A better comparison would be inside those districts on very local levels.

Many "Republican" areas have Democrat voting pockets that might be higher crime/poverty areas than the entire district.

Congressional Districts, entire States and Counties have condensed Democrat voting wards and precincts that may be high crime.

I don't know why "Gerrymandering" would increase or decrease crime/poverty levels ?

If they are dumb enough to believe that democrats are not as rich as republicans, then they are to dumb to vote!

Wealthy families FEEL that THEY don't need help and neither should anyone else.
Poor families have nothing to be conservative about, they have nothing to conserve for themselves only.

Conservatives don't give a rats ass about giving help to no one outside their families, because most of them always had help from their immediate families anyway.

Liberals often had help from the community because they had no families to help them become wealthy in the first place, so they want social security and don't mind chipping in when they made it, unless they have short memory and become conservatives.

Both sides got help but from different sources;
Conservatives want to keep the most to their immediate family and friends. ( Like most holocaust victims *hint* )
Liberals want to share and others to share with them. ( Like Jesus )

Quite simple actually...

Of course the whole thread was just more Democrat bashing and Republican boasting in the first place...pretty much like 80% of xuenchen's threads.

I hope you have realized by now that both parties are just as evil...right?

Mississippi is a "Red" State by total election results.

But look how many "Blue" Counties voting Democrat !!

Want to guess where the higher crime/poverty places might be ?

Maybe the higher "Obama" votes correlates to higher "Crime/Poverty" ?

Well this is true, they do vote democrat as do the top richest and cities with the lowest crime rates. The fact is the GOP who once had half of mayors in the nations 12 largets cities in the 1990s now only have 9 in the 100 largest cities. Why the big change? Mostly because GOP mayors run on crime as crime has been in massive decline in the last couple decades the DNC who runs better on jobs and equal pay has taken over. Also the general national decline of the GOP has no doubt played its role.

That the poorest states are GOP strong holds is common knowledge but, what about crime you ask? When you look at states with the most violent crime Top 10 most violent states We find 2 DNC Governors and 8 GOP.

So now what have we learned? That the GOP has lost the cities. And that poor crime ridden states tend to be GOP. That is if your the type of person who think that the polictical party of a place some how makes it poorer or increases crime. I for one find that a silly idea lacking logic that would only be used by someone with a political agenda. An agenda that has back fired on them in this case. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.

Yes... "Share."

And if you refuse to "share" it will be taken.

You will "share" whether you like it or not.

"Sharing" is mandatory. No consent is required.

You will "share" what you worked for otherwise you're a selfish, racist bigot.

Am I right?

Well no I didn't. I didn't think that a low class comment deserved a low class reply.
I also noticed that you didn't dispute that the dems are as rich as the GOP.
When the poor realize that liberal social programs keep them poor maybe they will wise up and stop voting for the same people. Who am I kidding,,,

Depending upon who we're talking about, it all starts with the welfare.

"What can you do for me?"

That's their motto.
