After reading this thread it all depends on how effective the Chinese can develop what they have stolen then designing and building an effective defense. Then training their force to the same caliber of ours. Sounds like a pretty big job to me!

longer wavelength radar means, because precisely of the longer wavelength

a) less spatial precision
b) easier coherent active ECM (i.e. retransmit misleading signals)

because it's more of a radio problem.
