And you can be sure that if Bhopal accident would have happened in US whole corporation would have been in serious sh*t and its leaders in court.
Other good example is oil industry using old single hulled rust buckets to transport oil through places where those ships would have nothing to do.
Like at the time when that ship (don't remember name now... little shortcut
) breaked and sinked near coast of Spain Russian oil corporations used
single hulled rust bucket in Gulf of Finland and it was continuously stuck in the ice.
Then there's doings of Shell in Nigeria.
