I'm guessing Enlil on Earth is not a person per say (or perhaps he is), but more of a shadow governent system for the Enlil on Earth - perhaps the Illuminati or NWO people. Enlil is a system - a galactic empire with servants here on Earth that are in "the know" about it all. We're the sheeple that they have controlled for a very long time and still do.

Enlil and Enki are not evil. They are twin brothers of a great royal dynasty that created loved and cared for humanity. Don't blame him for our nature to destroy ourselves. Our curse of independaence was meant as a gift; we just chose to make the worst of it.

The nature of codes is to have a key to decode them. It's not until AFTER one gets the key that one will "know what everything means".

Until one gets the key, it's just random gibberish from a fevered mind.
