Since I'm from Arizona I would want go outside and get soaked but the best way to spend a rainy day is to smoke a bowl and write some songs. The best

Go to bed and sleep.. or just watching a movie. I can't stand being out in the rain.

I like to drink hot tea and curl up on the sofa and watch something scary/spooky! or napping is always nice on a rainy day
Meditation is also very soothing during a rainy day, at least for me!
