The liquid iodine we used for cuts and such is not iodine you want to use orally.
This article says to dab it on your skin, not drink it.

I've noticed that many of your threads are about alternative healing methods that go to extremes. I was wondering what it is you are trying to heal yourself of that you would be willing to put iodine on yourself till it nearly burns your skin rather than simply trying to get it through your diet?
