take off your jacket one arm at a time, honey.
Great poster. Bump. Maybe an unexpected come-
uppance one of these times. Which one?

Fact is this administration (and followers) flat doesn't give a damn about anything except their personal progressive agenda.

It is also the same way with the GOP and their agenda.

Agreed, but in this case we aren't discussing some stupid GOP statement like Aiken's "legitimate rape" pronouncements. This is purely a stupid protect the administration at all costs democrat thing.

No it is not. As she said they have different ways of getting the information but they are lazy and really don't know what they want. Like she said it is nothing more than fishing expedition and that is not proper procedure.

Well in the interests of civil discussion we'll just have to agree to disagree. I guess if a right-winger does something within bounds that's irrelevant if they can achieve results in any other way. Why should they?

This women is a total tool from what I saw, just like the GOP Aiken stupidity I mentioned. You can defend her if you wish, I won't defend either sides stupidity.

Fair game if the video stays in context, X.
And to be fair I didn't watch the whole epic.
One thing for sure... when Nixon invoked E-
privilege there was a whole lot less going on,
or visible casualties on every level.

We're working in the largest grey area I've
ever seen-- exacerbated with constitutionally
dubious legislation. Pushin' and pushin: and SNAP
goes another "loon" or two who's had enough.

And we start all over again with what Alex calls a
"..fresh bird cage liner." and the owners of the
aviary sneak off to Bali for some little cocktails
with the umbrellas in them while we starve.

Eleanor, I'll say it again-- your Freudian Slip's showing.

Is this anything like Bush Sr. taking a SR71 to Iran to make special deals? I think they were going for Moby Dick there.

Dear neo, since I don't speak German, I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what point you are trying to make with the allusions to Nazi propaganda. Verstehen sie?

So much for that 'Most open and transparent administration in American history'.

Hear that people ?

You don't have the 'right' to know!!

Achtung !

Zieg Heil !

Perhaps this makes sense. They are being transparent ... with what we have a right to know .. which is what they decide we should know.

She's obviously an idiot. It doesn't matter what type of government it is, they all use national security as an excuse to preclude everyone from knowing pretty much anything that's going on, at least the important bits. As an example, I wanted to find out from our Parliamentary government here in the Governments Socialist Colony of Canuckistan, about what they had on me. So I contacted CSIS, the RCMP and External Affairs for copies of their information about me. External Affairs ignored me, the RCMP said nothing and CSIS listed 9 statues involving national security as to why I could not see the information about me.

So, is that stupid or what?

Once governments are taken over by neo-fascist multinational corporations and international bankers through the reserve bank ponzi scam system, you ain't gettin' no stickin' information, not even on yourself.

Cheers - Dave

Rep. Norton was inarticulate and somewhat clumsy in her statement. But what she said and what you claim she said are distinctly different. Do I really need to point that out?

No, you don't need to point that out. It's expected.

What she said IN CONTEXT is completely true and makes complete sense.

Subtle misquoting - sweet!

What was wrong with the actual quote that you had to change it?

You don’t have a right to know everything in a separation-of-powers government, my friend.

And the comment on it that there is no right to scrutinize govt is also an inaccurate paraphrase - you can scrutinize - but some things you don't get to know - it has always been thus and it always will.

One might think from this that here is a pattern of misquoting in order to change the story to suit someone's agenda - to engender hatred and fear.....

for a bunch of people who complain about "liberal lies" or similar this is pretty dishonest!

Damn right you shouldn't question your tyrannical U.S. govt!

If you do, your subjected to becoming a DOMESTIC TERRORIST. So, F*** FACE SIT DOWN - SHUT UP - WORK - AND DO AS YOUR TOLD!

Hey,hey, hey over here ----> Focus on media's promotion of the foreign "boogeymen" (aka flavor-of-the-week is Russia).

. . . Meanwhile, the U.S. govt is running absolutely RAMPANT in it's own domestic affairs -- let alone major talk about impeachment of current Pres. Obama.

This woman blindly trusts who she is defending only because everyone else on the same wagon does the same thing, regardless of what happens, including when people get killed over it, and when what they are against is something that they just did themselves, it doesn't count. Hypocrisy on hypocrisy, and ignorance accented with arrogance.

And this is pretty much NON PARTISAN (unless you are a liberal democrat that supports the Obama administration), then it is always someone else's fault, and not something they should be accountable for because their idealistic fantasies are too important to be stifled by rules, ethics, or morals. (OR EVEN ACTUAL LAWS) , Or as Nancy Pelosi would say "Are you kidding me?"
