Okay I see, not ill with TB.

I would like the CDC to explain how 1/3 of the worlds population becomes infected of they have it, but aren't able to transmit it. That means 1/3 of the world has had to have come in contact with the much smaller number of people that have an active contagious infection. Something about that doesn't make sense to me.

well to be fair the original indefinite detention case in the usa was typhoid marry a woman locked up and then released only to then (she violated agreement to not serve food i think) to be sent to an island and would not let her leave for the rest of her life and the safety of the rest of the united states,so precedent is there and technically never repealed id guess.but not like this behavior is new and oddly enough people dont seem to bring her up in the indefinate detention cases from recent times

more on topic i hope they can capture him and provide him the treatment he needs to get better or at least not let him infect large numbers of people in ca
