Yes, the key word is equal. A big bulking hulk guy shouldn't be allowed to beat up on a frail little midget guy, because their body size and strength isn't equal. But if the bulking hulk guy and the frail little midget guy have the same brain power, then both should be able to handle the same job that requires that brain power. Equal ability deserves equal opportunity. THAT'S what the women's movement was all about.

There are women who want to be soldiers in battle. And there are plenty of men who cry like a baby at the thought of going into battle. What's your point?

Its obvious that even with english being your native language you do not understand the meaning of the word equal ..
Suggest you get a dictionary and look it up along with take an english course so that you better comprehend your native language.
