I am sure water has a lot of properties which we still have to discover. Have you ever heared of plasma activated water..?

Read about it here

And there are more of such things H2O can do.. with a little treatment.

except thats not really a property of the water, but production and dissolving of nitrogen oxide in water and observing that the nitrogen oxide has a tendency to kill bacteria. It is also likely that the production of the nitrogen oxide by the arc-ing also produces ozone and UV light, which also kill bacteria.

Not exactly a magical property of water.

Heck, even food heated in a microwave oven tastes and feels a wee bit different.
