been watching it again and the above comment made a good point which got me thinking, If the shadow is cast on the wall then if there was a being it would either have to be behind the camera and in front of the light source or invisible to the camera but not the light source which does not sit right with me.

Is it even possible for a camera to capture a shadow and not the cause of the shadow if all is in frame/view ???

we've all got some degree of anonymity on the internet ..i reckon if we can't type our weird # at a website like this where else are we gonna find an outlet? (our creepy spouses & family?)

violets 'moon mask' also features the duality (it can be turned upside-down)
your ex-monster sounds like a true psychopath who was raised by psychopaths O_o

the masks my dad has are similar to the 1st set you've posted, joker (very 'nonchalant' looking, the tops are somewhat flattened, a bit like the 1st mask in the 3rd collection)
get him to the greek
i'm in australia but we've got the networks here also.. dionysian mystery schools i sometimes call 'em
("greek" is one of the foundations of the western world)

apparently some shadow-people are "friendly" & have celebrity pals

I always wanted to try and record myself to see if I caught anything while I have SP.

IDK about this footage though.

This video is really creepy. It be better if he recorded the whole room just to make sure that no one is making that shadow.

I induce sleep paralysis at least 3 times a day out of 5 times a week.

I use it for Lucid dreaming. Sleep paralysis is a lucid dream.

Nothing more than a dream. People like to get all religious about it
or paranormal about it, theres nothing to it.

Its your imagination at work here, whatever you imagination that you are scared

I summoned up my personal demon guards to escort me out my home while in
sleep paralysis and as well with angels, to see how far I could get with my imagination.
I done the impossible and the possible.

People dont like to understand sleep paralysis in a"rational" way. Instead they try
to put a new age spin on it or spiritual spin on it, to give weight to
their nonsense. I'm sure people will be buttburt by it, cause of the
visions that their brain makes up, even though its reallly realistic,
its a lucid dream at best. If you ever "had" a lucid dream, you'll understand my point.

Fun fact : NDE is considered a LUCID dream

I know that the Incubi are said to be "the ones that sleep on your chest" a common phenomenon in SP. A quick Google of them under images shows this;

yes this and hags/succubus/female/demons
/religious apparitions version as well. This is all due to peoples imagination, the
scariest things they could come up with, this will influence your dreams as well, if you take it
serious. You can have sex with these creatures as well, very realistic, sex you cant even compare to,
well yes you can, its a lucid dream, if you have ever done it before in a lucid dream.

SLeep para only exists so you DONT ACT out YOUR dreams, science has proven this.
Without it, you would be SLEEP walking like some people(disorder), or punching/kicking
your loved one, different effects caused by not having SLeep para.

Whats sad I discovered all this during my experiences of experiencing every little detail
from fears, from exploring the dreamworld within sleep para, from about everything. And yet
it takes a person with a PHD to finally figure this out lol.....

I totally agree with you! Damned if you do and damned if you don't. The room appears small so I doubt that you could set up any camera to catch a whole room that small.
