Green Party hurt by lack of Media Coveage

This is from Canada, but I'm sure it applies to the US as well. The Green Party claims the media is ignoring it's candidates and conventions and that's preventing them from winning elections. While I have no doubt that they would probably not win many elections even with better coverage, this is similar to how the media and two political parties in America control everything so you hear almost nothing about third party candidates- they aren't even allowed to participate in the debates.

You hit it right on the head


One party: everyone is united ( but not humanly possible)
Two Parties: Perfectly divided, mano e mano
Three++: too many sides to actually gain a control

The two party system keeps us divided and controllable. I prefer a mix of left and right, but good luck getting that guy elected

From what I have noticed the green party in Canada works more as a division of the standard Liberal party .It plays well for the Conservative party in that a minority of Canadians can elect a party with a majority of the vote and only because the left is divided . As far as getting media coverage then they should take a page from the other parties and create a scandal .Seems to work for the others :>) a reply to: CB328
