Of course people, especially fundamental Right Wingers, are opposed to Obama because of race, his name, and for some that he's hiding his true religious belief, Muslim.

For a group of people who ran on that simpleton slogan of 'Forward' during the last election they sure are stuck looking backasswards.
Basically Democrats believe they cannot be racist because they are part of a greater Marxist movement to eliminate Capitalism and free market competition. The idea being that if there was a political kommissar class that redistributed wealth and labor giving us only what we need and nothing more there would be no racism.
