ive detected a peak frequency of 15000hz-16000hz, looked it up and found its possibly a frequency of silent sounds. i know people know how to make such files to play audio processed so only a frequency analysis can detect. I was hoping someone could tell me what process can let me hear the possible hidden messages in a few recordings i have during the times of recording the peak activity.

First find out in which frequency range this hidden message will be in. Then boost those and attenuate the others.

Drop the frequency and speed up the track. Cool edit pro or pro tools. Easy peazy.
