Looks like feces to me. I don't think the USA has a death ray because they were focusing pretty much on nuclear and laser weapon technologies. The Death Ray was ridiculed and labeled as pseudo-science stuff. So whatever it is you think you're seeing on Google Earth might be a mirage or reflection of feces.

Calm down there with all the excrement cowboy. I found that the missing papers of Nicola Tesla may be what the current research is based on. They are called particle beams. Beams sounds too nice, I'm callin it a Death Ray. If we don't have a death ray, I want my tax dollars back, we were promised flying cars and death rays.
