Some people think that this is something that is just a joke.

Pleading the 5th in a government position about government matters should be an immediate dismissal and inquiry.
It shows negligence at the very least and most probably complicity.

Citizens are expected to keep their records for 7 years, NO EXCUSES.

The Gov't Agencies have the highest level of RAID on their servers that's available...yet the emails are 'missing'.

Right, sure, ok, whatever. I don't like being held to a higher standard than the elected officials and if we are not allowed 'excuses' for lost documentation - NEITHER SHOULD SHE/THEY.
