Thanks for an awesome segment! I am so glad you reminded
me of the dehydrator. I no longer have one & I truly miss it.
I will be looking for another one. I use to make a lot of Sun
Dried Tomatoes (hydrated ) & Jerky of Beef, Turkey, & Chicken.

I don't have a way to can, my sister does a lot of canning so
she gives me some when I visit.

I haven't tried dehydrating peas, green beans, or Kale for chips.
Is it possible? Thanks!

Just had some of me own okra, 1st time growing it & I cooked
