Thanks, I just had to run out the house again. I stood at the bottom of the stairs and called out if theres anything up there to please make a noise or a bang. I'm replying to you on my phone from outside. I can hear banging on a window coming from inside but there's nothing at the windows. As I was exiting the house a bit of plastic got flung across the floor

Next round of bangs and I'm going upstairs to investigate.

Okay, so having object flung around serves a good reason for not continuing on. The next one may not be so light. It may be a good idea to arrange for someone to escort your mum into this building when she requires something.

It would also be wise to sit down with your family and discuss how to deal with the events and making the house spiritually safe for your mum and other workers. On page 3, I have written some info on Holy water and prayers.

I have heard murmor/moan/sniff sounds, bangs, walking, taps, things beign moved along the floor. Is my mind playing tricks on me or what... Maybe it's placebo. I dont know...

Noises are now decreasing. Activity has calmed down quite a bit.

We aren't afraid to go in so we wont need an escort. I've composed myself more now and don't flee outside when bangs get loud. It's just pretty creepy. I think I need to come back another time with a friend.

Think I'll head upstairs, not looking forward to this haha. Will report findings.

I stayed a a GF's house near Yelverton for a some time. It had some Very active spirits. The house is mentioned in the doomsday book..so it's a tad old. Most people who visited it saw/felt the presence. Some good, some bad. They were OK with me. Made me feel very welcome.

I am like in between Widecombe and haytor. This property was built in the early 1900s but the moors have had settlements since forever.

I know the area well. Lots of my friends grew up in that area. I camp out on the moors regularly round there. There's an old abandoned medieval village behind Haytor which is quite an INTERESTING place to camp ;-)

As for your Guest...Make sure it's real and not caused by an animal, Plumbing, open windows/drafts ect. If it takes on poltergeist activity, throwing stuff ect, Then get witnesses. Don't be afraid to call the Police and report it as an intruder.
If nothing else, I would advise would be to to try talking to it. Be nice and non threatening.

Good advice thanks. Yeah I'll suggest that to mum. There is no animals up there or open windows I made sure. Plumbing isnt a problem either.

Left the house to have lunch. Camera is inside rolling though.

You don't have to believe anyone, but this IS a paranormal thread, and some of us DO take a serious interest in these things, so if you want to really help out and participate in these things, you should really avoid the name calling and generalizations. Considering I added a lot to the beginning of this thread, I take offense to the crackpot toss out. If you have nothing else to say other than suggest " Occams Razor " and calling people crackpots, then move on.

After examining your profile posts a little, I see that in the last 3 paranormal/metaphysical threads you have pretty much repeated yourself, calling people crackpots and mental. Your wording is not so rough, however, it looks to me like trolling.
