No , you are wrong.
What you have is an unqualified opinion.
To make that statement I would expect you to back it up with a little knowledge the CGI processes involved. Or maybe you would rather have a go at something that is obviously a little less taxing for you. I'll even help you out ABC......

I strongly suggest that you take the time to slowly read my first post.
I said " The OP post may well be fake ".
My gripe is with idiots who use the phrase " looks like CGI " without backing up their statement.
Take a chill pill old timer

Does anyone seriously believe Detroit will still be around in another 100 years?

I do. I think it'll be kinda like West World where you can take a vacation and legally act out your gangsta fantasy's!

Good to know there is no ill feeling.

The point I am trying to make is , occasionally somebody will indeed capture a gem but they will feel reluctant to post it because a small minded minority immediately jump on the CGI bandwagon and that cannot be good for the future of ATS.

Show us!

I agree there are way to many calls of ; "It's CGI" when the person making that statement actually does not know, and has no way of knowing.

As in this bit of video...y'all are screaming "CGI" and NOBODY can tell anyone "why"! IF you are going to accuse someone, or something of something then you absolutely MUST be able to back it up

NONE OF YOU CAN!

by the way; I too believe it is a manipulated video (NOT CGI)...

Has the car been layered/masked or whatever the correct term may be, into the vid from a different time?

The light flash is CGI though, isn't it?

It is difficult to know without knowing what tools were used to make the video. I have a program called Poser pro, its kind of old but is fun to play with.

In poser I would probably just import the original video and then save it out as a series of jpg images, and do the rest with Photoshop. Import the edited images back into Poser, add the "flash" and we are done...

And of course this video is easy to tell "IF" its manufactured...under the currently known laws of Physics; cars can't do that! Further, the number of known events where those laws of Physics have been violated, or seriously bent, is approximately zero...making the probability that the car actually "vanished" impossibly low.

Though...kind of "fun" to watch...

Anyway...IF I were to do something like that; I think that's how I would do it.

What do you think is causing the 'jumping' clouds in the first 10 seconds, upper left?
