I first learned about TED because of the Grey's Anatomy but I didn't think it was a real event until a little later. I have started to watch some of
the TED talks and I recently shared with you the one George "Uncle George" Takei gave recently.
I stumbled across this series that was done at or for the inmates at Ironwood State Prison. I looked at some of the titles of the talks and saw the
title of this one "The Prison of your Mind" and decided to watch it. I had no idea who Sean Stephenson was but was completely moved by his talk and
was nodding my head in agreement with some of the stuff he was saying.
I agree that pity is a disease and our minds are prison. If we don't free ourselves, we will die, if not literally, spiritually.
