Make your decision today to cancel your deadly plans! I AM WARNING YOU- -hear Me and obey Me now! My Church is THE ONLY TRUE CHURCH! Jesus founded it.

"The man who says to me, "Believe as I do, or God will damn you," will presently say, "Believe as I do, or I shall assassinate you.""
~Voltaire

The problem with the quote saying "The MAN who says to me", the message is from God. Truth is black and white.

You did not share the entire message only the end, God's powerful last words. He is perfectly loving and perfectly just. In fifteen years of reading the messages from Heaven, God begs, implores with so much LOVE for His creation to follow Him, to find Him. He speaks most of the time in a loving way and not of His justice. Only God could
say the same thing 10,000 different ways. He loves us more than Himself.

Have a change of heart now, it is our choice.

I read Voltaire when he knew he was dying, he asked for a priest but his associates wouldn't comply. God know
a person's heart, He alone knows if Voltaire repented at the end. Voltaire suffered greatly for a time before he died, might of been his reparation. Better to make reparation here than over the veil in Purgatory.

"Voltaire famous anti-christian atheist who made a habit of railing against the Catholic Church: "I am abandoned by God and man; I will give you half of what I am worth if you will give me six months' life." (He said this to Dr. Fochin, who told him it could not be done.) "Then I shall die and go to hell!" (His nurse said: "For all the money in Europe I wouldn’t want to see another unbeliever die! All night long he cried for forgiveness."

Let's do an experiment. If you make it to heaven, (even though you haven't left the judging to God) look around and find out if any masons made it there as well. Because until then, you have as much idea about eternal life as my dog.(And she doesn't judge anyone)

Silly, your "If you make it to heaven" is your personal judgment. You don't get it friend. Maybe Voltaire REPENTED. God is all love and mercy. Thanks for defending the Faith, Catholics cannot be Freemasons.

ATS, you cannot be a Mason and be Roman Catholic.

Tell it to the guys in my lodge who are both Masons and Knights of Columbus. Even their Monsignor is aware.

Guess they really do not care anymore, what with membership of the Church dropping. Gotta keep every sinner you can find and keep the big, money making, Pope-lead, Ponzi scheme going.

AM,

Hi, pray for those guys. They do not know or ignore the teachings of the Faith. This is the point, Judas heard Our Lord for three years, He chose not to follow Jesus.

The Faith is not about money, Roman Catholicism concerns the fullness of God's revelation about who He is and His beautiful plan. The learning institutions, the hospitals, Catholic charities worldwide for 2000 years, yeah that money was ill-spent.

The Remnant is Roman Catholic. God is going to ask you personally to become Catholic "soon", maybe 2017, only God knows the moment of the "awakening." Been prophesied for a long time, means this divine revelation is closer.

love and blessings,

Sorry to disappoint you, but your "words" carry no weight with me. They are simply more guilt-ridden, intolerant, and manipulative noise that I heard all my childhood, which pushed me away from that particular cult. And, it is not for humans to judge, as I understand. So, your ranting and "warnings" actually are against the flow of the tenants of that which you claim to know do well. Again, dogma interpreted by a human is twisted into a form of hatred.

I have no room in my life, or afterlife, for this nonsense. I beg you leave, and do hope you learn the errors of your ways before you be judged....by your own belief system.

I think my contribution to this thread has ended, unless the OP has any further Freemason related questions to be answered. Those I will gladly answer if at all possible.

Good Day.

The message is from God according to you. Who says God didn't lead me to be a Mason? The hubris and arrogance of certain anti-Masons is disgusting. You presume to speak for God which is blasphemy. You are NOT God, nor do I need you to define my faith or communicate between the two of us.

Master Mason, former Junior Deacon of Deadwood Lodge # 7

I would like to start out by saying you are correct, we are not a secret society but a society with secrets. Our oath prohibits use from communicating any of our signs, tokens, or grips as well as any allegorical lessons we learn in lodge. Now much of that is readily available but as a Mason who has sworn to keep these secrets I would violate the trust of my Brothers especially those who brought me in and went through with me.

1. The order is not really exclusive, 2B1A1 (2 be 1 ask 1)used to be big, now ranks are being tighten in some lodges because felons and others were slipping through the cracks, now being a felon does not bar you it only means you will be scrutinized more before being allowed to join. Once you have achieved the degree of Master Mason all other degree work are side degrees (York 4-13, Scottish 4-32,33) 33 is an honorary degree only give to those hwho have show their dedication to Masonic Charity. The veil has been lifted one simply must knock and their call will be answered.

2. We don't it is an honorary degree and hold no higher value the a Master Mason 3rd degree. Some argue that there are only 2 true degrees and the 3rd was added later. (Read Born in Blood)

3. Yes the rites and rituals preformed do hold esoteric and occult symbolism. The majority of time is spent learning, going to meetings, and charitable events. Some of the meaning has been lost I am sure but the point is to spark the desire to learn and keep learning. Every time I think I figured out what was meant a new mystery arises within the topic.

4. Doubtful, but like any large group fragment form and people claim to know or solve new mysteries. This is how many of the other faction came to be Shriners, Jesters, York, Scottish, ect.....

5. I do believe that duality is recognized in many aspects of Masonry. I take this statement to mean that like anything some will attempt to distort things to benefit themselves....that however is counter to Masonry and I would argue that those persons are not honoring their code.

6.Freemasonry claims discussion of Politics and Religion is not allowed in lodges yet this is exactly where your order appears to hold most of it's power. Also your rituals are loosely religious and you are all given a personal Bible. Not to mention the huge amount of religious symbolism you guys use. these contradictions i find difficult to grasp although i have read worship is directed to the lodge master rather than god ?
This is true Religion and Politics are not to be discussed. Many rituals from religions barrow their symbolism for the pagans this does not mean the believe pagan views. Brother are asked to not discuss their personal beliefs as these topics drive wedges fast our focus being charity relies on the Brotherhood we share. The bible given out depends on the lodge some I know do not do this anymore.

7. My personal belief is that there is a Creator, an Architect, a Supreme Being, but I can never know it's true nature. It could be the Higgs Field or collective conciseness for all I know (in fact I like that idea best).

I hold these views to be my own and do not claim them to be that of any Brother.

For the record, I am not a mason

something that has already and has always been said about the profane thing... its so simple. it literally doesn't get any more simple than this example : You have an associate who you've known for a couple weeks now, you just got a glass turtle that means a lot to you for your OWN PERSONAL reasons and you're very excited. so excited you want to tell this associate, but instead your think twice because you know he wouldn't appreciate it as much as, say, someone who had a picture of a glass turtle on their shirt or hat.. only a fool would risk having someone disrespect or make fun of something they feel so strongly about when just keeping them out of the loop will save everyone the trouble. mostly protecting the nosy sheep from the things that they can't handle. I've done a bit of research on the subject myself and immediately one of the first things i noticed is that the average human being now-a-days couldn't even begin to comprehend these things.. if you don't get it there is no point in beating a dead horse. we're not here to force-feed anyone anything and i would appreciate it if you didn't try to force-feed me your beliefs thank you very much

A Master Mason has mastered the skills to complete the temple within.

Masonic Manuals, Born in Blood (an eye opener), Manly P. Hall books that is a good start..

Good news, I am serious. AugustusMasonicus, you have the grace of the Sacraments! God uses physical things
to impart His grace, remember, from the old Baltimore Catechism.

I so wish you would believe, read the Catholic and non-Catholic prophetic, they're saying the same with the
Catholic more explicit for a reason.

I do not like that you used the word "porn", think of the souls who have fallen into the addiction of porn.

Here are two links, be open, God would speak to us in these loss of faith times, He always has through the
prophets. And what happened in history to those who mocked the prophets?

Please, everyone bookmark these sites.

I actually am proud to say I am a first degree EA (FC on July 23rd), Western Star 240, Central, IL

The reason I am proud to say this is that while ascending I have a much newer and transitional view then perhaps KSig or Augustus. So while they are far more knowledgeable than I, I have the benefit of answering some questions as a newbie who was a petitioner not long ago

1.

The veil can be lifted. Join a lodge. Heck look around you. All of what I know can be found in books. The only difference is I will not personally tell you how to perform our degrees or give you our information. Thing is, the so-called elevated status is available to most who are part of the three general rules, GAOTU, 18 (or 21) years old, and a good sound guy

2.
I have literally never met a single mason who denied these degrees. Even before I became a petitioner I was told up front about York/Scottish Rite

3.

I am sure some meaning has been lost over time. And yeah all the limited meetings I have been to thus far has ceremony to begin then time to crack open calendars to see what's on the agenda...oh and the food...oh man the food. I ate some ham/bean soup last meeting...forget about it

Though I wasn't crazy that they put onions it...I admit THAT might be evil

4.

Answered above. 33 recognized by Scottish/York and such but there are 3 main that one passes through to be a Master Mason

5.

See better answers than mine...but no

6.

We call the lodge master Worshipful but short of setting agenda he is no more a mason than I. I am a very Liberal person and a Pagan (though a believer in the GAOTU) and I have literally never been asked who I vote for, who I worship or pray to and so forth

7.

I am a Pagan. I am a follower of Aset and the divine creator ie; the universe/the creator/the grand design and what have you

I consider Aset my patron to ascend to heaven but ultimately I see that a divine being made us who we are and offered our vessel (universe) and beyond that I won't pretend to know if Aliens are real or not

To some of the other concepts/questions

As far as not allowing men, it has its beginnings as a fraternal organization. As stated there are plenty of Orders that are co-ed or female only. People like to push but then I ask the same, why can't I walk out to UofI and join a sorority? It's tradition I suppose but again there are so many like organizations for women

I am told my yearly dues are $100.00 This is not much, however I understand I am middle class and should not scoff at that amount for others who may not be in the same boat as I. I have heard the lodge find a good fellow and pay a strong portion of his dues at least to get him started

As far as elitist...just no

I have in my lodge one local politician, myself (a therapist), some professors, retired Army, and a couple of guys who work so-called 'dead end' jobs to make ends meet. At no time has one of the PhD's told me or acted like they are superior to myself or the fast food worker. This is truly an organization where a garbage man can shake hands with a President and never feel below. I have many times been corrected to stop saying sir to others who were older than I

One last thing...about felons and such

I understand that many past felons are amazing people. This may surprise you to know, but there are people in lodges that have a history of crime. It takes years but they have petitioned and shown themselves reformed and were accepted...we want good men...not perfect men

but in the end there is one great answer for you. Go visit a lodge. These people are generally really nice and willing to tell all

I walked in as a 34 year old guy, never met these people once, they signed my petition and the next thing I knew my background check cleared and I was in my first degree before I knew it. Just go talk to them...

Well, good thing I am not religious.

By this comment I take it that one does not need to be technically associated with any particular religion and just has to maintain belief in a higher power, is this correct?

Ah....now this is interesting to me. "There is only one creator of everything. One omnipotent entity. He goes by many names. As far as I know, "Lucifer" has never been one of them. Do you think anyone could justify calling the creator Lucifer? "

Lucifer means bringer of light and is associated with Venus. Some consider the light Lucifer brought to be knowledge....there is some deeper history to this question...
