Yes, friends and folks, today I celebrate a decade as a member of Above Top Secret! I haven't really said much in comparison to many other members but I spend many, many (too many if you ask my wife) reading and learning.

The board has certainly changed radically in the past ten years, mostly in a good way and I salute the owners and mods for the top-notch work!

Any way, as I was celebrating the 4th today it occurred to me that this was also my ATS anniversary. So to everyone on ATS, thanks to one and all for everything you have brought to my attention. I have learned so much I have nearly achieved large-head status!

Salute!

Just for fun, here is a look at the ATS page the day I joined.

A look at the posts page:

That's a LONG time! Happy anniversary!

I learn something from here nearly every time I check in. I'm glad to see that I'm not alone. May you have many more decades of learning ahead of you.

Congrats by the way!

Well ya I figured as much...

They should have just combined the films with the weapons instead of removing it

I too spend so much time on ATS that my wife constantly gives me grief for it. I'm just so into ATS as you are, and once you're hooked, you're hooked. Congrats on 10yrs!

Hey there trainman, happy 10th! I was thinking of you this morning as the news reported something about Lac Megantic and was going to ask you if you've noticed any positive changes in railway transportation in the last year. It's ood to see you're still around and posting.

I wonder, is the thread above the one you highlighted in red referencing Bob Bergdahl...? It says, "Kidnapped US marine is a deserter!" Congrats on your 10 year anniversary by the way!!!

Happy Birthday or anniversary, depends on which way you look at it.

Imagine that. Ten years here and you can still speak in complete sentences. And I noticed you made it through your post without mentioning Obama, Marxism or Muslims at all. Whaddaya think this place is, an ice cream social?

Just kidding. Congrats on being here 10 years and not turning into a mind-rotted paranoiac.
