Help uploadin pictures

I need help- If i click browse and click on the picture i want, how do i then put it in the reply page?

I've tried, but nothing happens...
I would appreciate your help. I need "easy" directions.

On the main page click tutorial it will help you.

Uploading a pic

1.. click member center...
2.. go to upload are
3.. press browse,

4. when you have picked the pic you want from browse click open then UPLOAD

5, Then wait a few secs and you will see at the top if the box

When putting it in a thread

Click on the Art tab and insert the link in to that
