I am back and in one piece, the wound wasn't as bad as it looked, just plenty of blood. So 20 stitches later, it's almost as good as new, although I have crutches for the next couple of weeks, while it heals.

How did it happen ?

After a quiet afternoon with a bottle of Mount Gay rum and a few friends, someone decided to play around with his bow. While drawing the string back with an arrow ( not a barbed tip, luckily ) he slipped and put it through the side of my leg. It only penetrated about 3.5 cm, therefor not reaching the femur and missing the major arteries. It bloody hurt, I imagine it's like being shot.

Thanks for the concern fellow members.

Yes, and I remember someone saying WTF are you doing. It didn't hurt for the first minute anyway.
