Before the "Kitty Litter" explaination, they had already moved 50+ 55-Gal. Barrels into Texas (just under the ground-surface; very-shallow) on the New Mexico state line West of Andrews, TX.

After the "Kitty Litter" discovery, they then needed to get them back to Carlsbad, NM and bury-n-seal them 2500 feet underground.

And where are they at now with this 500+ "Barrels" ... Mess ???
