Why do people keep forgetting where the funding and leadership comes from?

At some point people accepted that Alquaeda did and still does the bidding of the Nato and middle eastern powers that spawned and funded that organization. But once it is rebranded it seems people assume its this whole new thing.

Isis is going where Nato can not go. Isis is taking on the shiites, whom are in conflict with the Sunnis, which are predominantly staunch allies of America and England in countries like Saudi Arabia. It just happens to be the case Isis is active in the countries targeted for an "overhaul" by Nato if the former commander of Nato is to be believed.

So why are people talking about Isis as if it is this whole new big thing? Why should the powers and channels directing isis be different than they were in the 80s, when Alquaeda was spawned to drive the Soviets out of the Stan, or in the 00 when a downsized version was involved in a false flag, or now that Natos terrorist army was beefed up to fight a war Natos regular armies can not fight anymore, because of political reasons (faced with a full blown mutiny over Syria even) ?

Sometimes ppl seem to think they are fighting there just for shake of fighting, who got more goats and guns? wheres the reality, i think you put it nicely in simple form too, now i dont really know whats real in this world of warfare but your pov seem to fit what im looking at too. Maybe we the ppl think like its not even possible to stop wars, even if we protest against it..more or less.

Because they claimed to be spooked? Why? Because cause and mayhem is happening where it was meant to happen? For being so damned spook support for Iraq and action against isis sure is slow and weak (on Natos side, including America) .

Because the kind of ops your talking about rarely threaten to re draw borders so quickly. Those kind of ops also dont make sense given the state of Iraq. We own their government and their leader is a puppet not a predator.

If this is the plan then it seems to be right on track.

ISIS-ISIL is under the orders of Wahabbi/Radical Saudi Arabia...they are no longer friends or allies with the
USA...and are in the process of 'throwing' the Fed-USA under-the-bus

they want a Caliphate as a staging area -> more than having a USA as a mamby-pamby fighting force
+ weapons supplier to the Saudi Kingdom...hell-frig the Iranians have the 'Sunburn' anti-Ship missiles that will decimate the several naval fleets of aircraft-carriers in the first 2 hours of a conflict... and those
Patriot-Missile batteries are useless against the 'Black-Flag' swarms of Jihadists

the USA brass & tacticians are so WW2-ish they are pathetic, besides
Obama is developing his resume' to be the Caliph in 2016---after decimating the once almost invincible super-power America into a socialist-welfare state...& not being labeled a traitor to boot

I kind of find that hard to believe any real threat to the US dollar exists,a threat usually results in B52's bringing democracy to the offender and as yet Saudi Arabia hasn't been bombed.I think the US is playing both sides in the hope that whoever gets the upper hand will still deal with the US,by the same token you probably have to be insane to understand current US foreign policy a few dozen forward observers and 30 A10's would wipe this ISIS evil off the face of Iraq yet the US seems more concerned with the constituents of Maliki's government than the greatest bunch of evil bastards the world has seen in quite some time.

Without the USA to back them up Saudi Arabia is basically up for grabs. Saudi Arabia has been under the regime of England long before Israel existed. Control over Saudi Arabia is as entrenched as it is over Israel.

Also it takes equipment, resources and most importantly know how to operate on the scale ISIS does. Thats not a small terrorist group, thats a full blown army, albeit not one comparable to one of the G20 nations. Where do the resources and expertise to wage war and occupy territorry for externded periods of time come from, to establish and hold supply lines, to communicate, intelligence etc. .
