I think bees only die after stinging because the stinger gets stuck in whatever it stung. Maybe a spiders body isn't dense enough to trap the
stinger. I don't know just guessing.
That is correct, a bee can only sting once and then it die's as there stinger was only made to defend the hive, it literally pulls the bee's gut out
with it and stay's alive pumping venom into the barb for a small time after the bee has flown away which it probably why bee sting's are generally far
