Did they not have someone on a headset on the ground giving clearance? And if so why didn't he scream for them to stop the second the first bricks started to lift? Clearly they ran for a period of more than 10-20 seconds and I cant believe they didn't hear anything even in the cockpit as the airframe and stab took a hammering. The whole point of having someone outside the cockpit watching is to stop things like this, that the people in the flight deck cant see from happening. To not is taking a risk and is incompetence and these pictures demonstrate the end result point well. Complete idiots.
