A lot of the motions repeat in very short cycles. Pick a light and focus on it and watch it repeat the same action again and again.
Other than that I can't offer much more I'm afraid. In my opinion it does seem too natural, almost like l.e.d lights in a tree blowing in the wind

Or, like I said on page one, led lights on a gloved hand and arm. Watch the video and you may be able to see the outlines of a hand and arm moving around.

Some of them seem to be strung together in pairs- you can see by their movements - as if they were lights on strings.

Much of Astana on the south side of the river is new, and built on oil money. It is the Kazakh capital after independence, and the seat of government. It is supposed to be an 'intelligent city' and all integrated systems with all the new technologies, I guess that means they don't need to dig up the roads every fart's end, unlike here.

Fantastic share Arken seeing things moment but they looked at first glance like they were making a double helix. Further they look to be one thing connected just reflecting from different points of its core origin. Not sure what they are but nice find

Don't think so, the camera is on a high zoom. maybe they're celebrating some annual event though.

High zoom is relative to the size of the object and it's distance.

Yes it is, but the lights are very clear points of light and bright, anything near and tiny would still be out of focus.

It's a small Sony HDR-SR11E TINY TINY image sensor max 12 times optical zoom doesn't look like he uses digital zoom for a change in a supposed ufo video)

Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you the only evidence of UFO's ever existing.

Low quality youtube videos of showing a bunch of glowing dots in the sky.

These UFO'ers (religious fanatics with mental disorders) claim that these dots, are somehow UFO's that contain species not from Earth.

All that is needed for a UFO'er to uphold is religion, and reassure himself of this illusion of reality, is a glowing dos in the sky from youtube.
