Which ideological mindset would you suggest in case of a rebulding after an apocalypse?

How about a main society of socialism/communism for basic necessities and priorities (meaning a focus on creating enough food, clothing, water, and shelter for every citizen), though the ultimate goal is for every human born to have access to education and then work to make a respectable human living, to attempt to eliminate the circumstances of a new citizen not being educated or skillful for any employment. And then pure capitalism for everything else. Then a mixture of stuff that is common now, like law and law enforcement. maybe inventory of people skills also, butcher, baker, candlestick maker, doctor, lawyer, indian chief etc.
lawyers get a days ration of food and water and pointed north.

who would need cops or an army at this point? or even a government. yet.

i sure as hell wouldn't want no one that can't pull their weight and just want to boss.

there would be a lot of helpless too, elderly, children, handicapped, etc.
people would break into groups and probably live by consensus. eventually joining others.

unless they forgot what got them to this point, they might have a chance to have a better future.

Understood. And when there would be later a calmer situation (ex. after harvest) thinking about which political system you would advice?

What do you mean by Judeo-Christian values? (In theory - I know 10 Commandments and so on. Thou shall not steal or Thou shall not murder sounds generally uncontroversial regardless of religious faith. In practice - it can mean anything from infrequent lip service to religious values to a theocracy.)

How to implement such law? Property tax of 100% above some threshold?

What do you mean? (I would see such point after the end of 30 years war, but not in secular West nowadays)

Don't think so.

I personally find puzzling that religion is being treated as either source of all problems or a solution to all problems, while comparing my fatherland with nearby, ethnically very similar country of different level of religiosity I barely see a difference.
