If ya can't beat 'em.... make 'em! In all seriousness, this just highlights the flaw in government funding. Give the FBI a ton of money, and they find a way to spend it so they keep getting a ton of money next fiscal year.

Yes indeed, the Global War On Terror is a fraud of epic proportions.



Just like they seduced DeLorean with money and coc aine, the FBI seduces the dregs of society with grandiose dreams of blowing something up.
