I never heard of Peppa Pig prior to your question. Judging by a quick Google search, I would have to put my money on Spongebob Squarepants.

I would wager Putin would be better at downing booze than Obama. I couldn't speak of the odds the bookies would set though. My money would be on Putin because I think he has more national patriotism and wouldn't want to let the Motherland down. Obama on the other hand.. well.. who hasn't he already let down? While apartments are connected, the actual units are separated (by walls) from each other. I know it's safer to park in a driveway rather than a parkway but that's about it! Hawaii is a series of islands, though that still doesn't explain why they have interstates.

Edit: Interstates in Hawaii are due to the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1956. Highways built under this act are defined as interstate highways, whether or not they cross state lines.
